Changes to the Czech warehouse operations

We would like to inform you that system update works will take place at the Czech warehouse from April 27 to May 8. To ensure smooth shipment planning, please take note of the following important information:

• During this period, we will not be able to accept or ship new parcels.
• If you are planning to shop from Czech online stores, we recommend placing your orders in advance or postponing them until the system updates at the warehouse are completed.
• Parcel processing may take longer than usual, so we recommend considering possible delays in advance.

From May 11, all parcels will once again be accepted and shipped according to the regular schedule.
